Data recipients may meet standards requirements in relation to complaint handling at appropriate points throughout the Consent Model, such as: • during Pre-consent; • within the Consent Flow, prior to disclosure to the non-accredited person, as required by the data standards; • within the CDR Receipt and/or Consumer Dashboards, as required by the disclosure notification standards.
