New CX research report on Authentication Uplift research conducted in Q4 2022. This report contains findings and recommendations from Round 2 round of CX research which focussed on ‘App/Browser-to-App with Biometric’ and ran in November of 2022. The purpose of the research was to identify consumer experience considerations to support and inform an expanded approach to CDR.
