Overview
This section covers disclosure consents as per CDR Rule 1.10A(1)(c), including:
- an accredited person (AP) disclosure consent, in which a consumer gives a disclosure consent for an accredited data recipient to disclose data to an accredited person;
- a trusted adviser (TA) disclosure consent, where a consumer consents to share data with a trusted adviser;
- an insight disclosure consent, which allows a consumer to consent to disclosing an insight to a specified person, such as a non-accredited person;
- a business consumer disclosure consent, where a business consumer consents to disclosing data to a specified person.
