CX Guidelines for data holder consent management
The consumer dashboard is where a consumer can review and manage their authorisations and other information related to their data sharing arrangements. Read more about Data holder consumer dashboard.
The withdrawal journey for a consumer contains several steps, including:
- Identifying the authorisation or approval to be withdrawn,
- Reviewing the implications and confirming withdrawal, and
- Receiving a final notification of success.
Read more about Authorisation and approval withdrawal.
Data holders must provide relevant account users with online services to manage data sharing preferences for joint accounts, accounts with secondary users, or accounts with representatives.
Read more about Account permissions.
These guidelines provide examples for how joint account holders may implement requirements for providing alternative notification schedules. Read more about Joint account notification settings.
