CX Guidelines for data holder consent management
AuthorisationsThe consumer dashboard is where a consumer can review and manage their authorisations and other information related to their data sharing arrangements. Read more about Data holder consumer dashboard.
WithdrawalThe withdrawal journey for a consumer contains several steps, including:
- Identifying the authorisation or approval to be withdrawn,
- Reviewing the implications and confirming withdrawal, and
- Receiving a final notification of success.

Account permissionsData holders must provide relevant account users with online services to manage data sharing preferences for joint accounts, accounts with secondary users, or accounts with representatives.
